Mr. Vallieres grew up in St. Bernard, Canada. He began his construction career as a carpenter in metal framing and launched his first construction company in Canada in 1980.

After many successes, Mr. Vallieres decided to relocate to the Sunshine State in 1996. During this time he founded Acoustic International, Inc., a sub-contracting company specializing in steel framing, drywall, and acoustical ceilings. In 1998, Vallieres became as U.S. Citizen.

Some of his prominent projects include working on the Watercrest Condominiums in Lakewood Ranch, FL, for K.M. Development (August 2005 to September 2006). This was an approximate three-million dollar metal framing and drywall contract, consisting of twenty individual three story buildings and containing over two-hundred units. During this project, he employed and supervised over sixty employees.

Another successful venture was completing the Jacaranda Trace project in Venice, FL, for Power Construction, LLC.  The completion of the project took one year (September 2006 to September 2007). This project was a multi-million dollar exterior metal framing contract on a seven-story structure where he employed and supervised over 40 employees.
Not only was Mr. Vallieres President of Acoustic International, he was the Project Coordinator and Supervisor for his company and Director of Safety. He oversaw the accounting for Acoustic International, Inc., including accounts payable and receivable. Mr. Valleries looks forward to providing his clients with the same professionalism and excellent work ethic that has guided him throughout his career.

Mr. Yahraus is a native Floridian born in Sarasota, Florida. He was raised in the construction industry by way of a family-owned building materials distributor in Southwest Florida, Seacoast Supply formerly known as Gulf Coast Building Materials.

After graduating from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree, he continued his career in construction. For over twelve years, Mr. Yahraus pursued his career in the construction industry and expanded his knowledge in Drywall, Metal-Framing, Stucco, EIFS, Insulation and Acoustical Ceilings systems.

Before co-founding Insulated Concrete Forms of Florida, Inc.,  Mr. Yahraus was employed as a Sales Representative for United States Gypsum Company and subsidiary company, Seacoast Supply. In addition, he also was employed by Cemex/Rinker as a Sales Manager for five years.

Integrating their vision with their shared principles of commitment to quality workmanship, safety, efficiency, preservation of natural resources, and customer satisfaction, Mr. Vallieres and Mr. Yahraus incorporated Insulated Concrete Forms of Florida in April 2010. Mr. Yahraus looks forward to continued success in his field.
